- eggs - 5 item
- can artichoke hearts - 1 item
- salt and pepper optional - 1 item
- frozen pie shells - 2 item
- stick pepperoni, sliced - 1 item
- Parmigiana cheese - 2 Tbsp
- small Mozzarella, cut up - 1 item
How to make artichoke pie:
In large bowl, mix eggs, sliced pepperoni, Mozzarella (cut up), cheese, salt and pepper (optional). Pour mixture into pie shells and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Cool before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, American, Side dish.
