  • salt and pepper optional - 1 item
  • frozen pie shells - 2 item
  • stick pepperoni, sliced - 1 item
  • Parmigiana cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • small Mozzarella, cut up - 1 item

How to make artichoke pie:

In large bowl, mix eggs, sliced pepperoni, Mozzarella (cut up), cheese, salt and pepper (optional). Pour mixture into pie shells and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Cool before serving.
