Artichoke frittata
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1/8 tsp
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- clove mashed garlic - 1 item
How to make artichoke frittata:
Saute onion and garlic in oil until limp. Remove from heat. Drain and chop artichoke hearts; add to onion and garlic. Beat eggs; add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Let cool; cut into squares. Good for parties or holidays as appetizers.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Cheese, Omelets and frittatas.
