  • Parmesan cheese - 3 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can artichoke hearts - 1 oz

How to make artichoke dip:

Preheat oven to 350°. Drain artichokes well. Slice into quarters. Add the mayonnaise and cheese (sliced in small pieces). Stir well. Bake uncovered. Serve with crackers while hot. Serves 10.
