Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- cans artichokes - 2 oz
- box your favorite crackers - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Mix Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; add mayonnaise and artichokes and mix well. Place in a casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs (example: Ritz or Club crackers), and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Bake 1/2 batch at 350° for 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
