Ingredients/Components

  • Parmesan cheese - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 2 c
  • dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • cans artichokes - 2 oz
  • box your favorite crackers - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Mix Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; add mayonnaise and artichokes and mix well. Place in a casserole dish. Cover with cracker crumbs (example: Ritz or Club crackers), and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Bake 1/2 batch at 350° for 15 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve on your favorite crackers.
