Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk
- Cool Whip - 9 oz
- pecans - 1 c
- banana - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- apricot jello
How to make apricot salad:
Bring pineapple and juice to a boil. Add jello, stirring until well mixed. Cool. Mix buttermilk, Cool Whip, banana and pecans, adding to jello mixture. Mix thoroughly. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Chill and serve.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
