- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- ice water - 2 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 (8
- pineapple - 1 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- bananas, diced - 2 item
- box apricot Jell-O - 1 oz
- Topping:2 eggs
How to make apricot salad:
Topping:2 eggs1 c. sugar4 Tbsp. cornstarch1 c. pineapple4 Tbsp. butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add ice water, pineapple, bananas, pecans and marshmallows; let jell.Topping: Mix eggs, sugar, cornstarch, juice and butter; cook until thick. Beat cream cheese in until smooth. Spread on top of Jell-O mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
