Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- apricot jello
- small cans crushed pineapple - 2 item
How to make apricot jello salad:
Put the undrained cans of pineapple into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the sugar and jello until dissolved. Let cool, then add the buttermilk and fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Gelatin.
