Apricot nectar cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• apricot nectar - 1 c
• Wesson oil - 1/2 c
• box instant vanilla pudding small - 1 item
• lemon cake mix box - 1 item

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Preheat oven to 300°. Grease and flour tube pan. Mix all ingredients and bake for one hour. Turn out and stick top a few times with a fork. While cake is still warm, mix 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Pour slowly over warm cake.
