- eggs - 4 item
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- box instant vanilla pudding small - 1 item
- lemon cake mix box - 1 item
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Grease and flour tube pan. Mix all ingredients and bake for one hour. Turn out and stick top a few times with a fork. While cake is still warm, mix 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Pour slowly over warm cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
