- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- dried apricots - 8 oz
- box Jiffy pie crust - 1 item
How to make apricot fried pies:
Cook apricots with 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar (for use next day). Make pie crust mix as directed on box. Roll until 1/4-inch thick. Make small rounds. Drop 1 large spoon of apricot mixture on each round. Fold to middle. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 450° oven for 20 minutes.
