Ingredients/Components
- dried apricots - 1 c
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped dates - 1 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- brown sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make apricot cookies:
Chop apricots. Cover with boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
