- powdered sugar
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
How to make apricot cake:
Glaze:3 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. apricot nectar1/4 c. lemon juice Mix all cake ingredients well. Bake in Bundt pan at 350° until done. Mix glaze ingredients and spoon over cake after removed from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egyptian.
