Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- butter - 3/4 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- apricot preserves - 12 oz
How to make apricot bars:
Butter and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix first 8 ingredients together and spread into pan. Cover with apricot preserves. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff and spread over apricot preserves.
