sugar - 2 c
cinnamon - 2 tsp
eggs - 2 item
salt - 1 tsp
flour
nutmeg - 1 tsp
soda - 2 tsp
raisins - 2 c
margarine - 1 c
cloves - 1 tsp
applesauce - 2 c
ready to eat bran - 2 c

How to make applesauce cookies:

Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In separate bowl, mix applesauce and soda. In large mixing bowl, cream butter, eggs and sugar. Add flour mixture alternately with applesauce. Add raisins and bran. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie pan. Bake at 370° for 20 minutes.
