Apple raisin bread pudding
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- apples, peeled and cubed - 4 item
- 8-10 end crusts of bread
How to make apple raisin bread pudding:
Mix apples, bread, raisins and white sugar together. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla and add to apple mixture. Put in a buttered 8 x 8 casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and rub into crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pudding and bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. Serve warm with ice cream or plain cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Apple.
