Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- sliced apples - 2 c
- Sift and add the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda
How to make apple pudding cake:
Mix eggs, sugar and oil well. Sift and add the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Stir well. Add sliced apples and chopped nuts. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375°. Serve with a scoop of ice cream topped with sauce.Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 c. water2 Tbsp. flour1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla Mix and cook slowly until mixture comes to a boil.
