Apple pudding cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• salad oil - 1 c
• stick oleo - 1 item
• sliced apples - 2 c
• Sift and add the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda

How to make apple pudding cake:

Mix eggs, sugar and oil well. Sift and add the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Stir well. Add sliced apples and chopped nuts. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375°. Serve with a scoop of ice cream topped with sauce.Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. white sugar1 c. water2 Tbsp. flour1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla Mix and cook slowly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil a few minutes. Makes a thin sauce.
