Chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• granulated sugar
• milk - 1/2 c
• butter or margarine - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• all-purpose flour
• grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream together butter, oil, sugar and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat well. Add zucchini and nuts (if desired). Bake at 350° in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 30 minutes.
