- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- granulated sugar
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour
- grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Cream together butter, oil, sugar and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Beat well. Add zucchini and nuts (if desired). Bake at 350° in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
