  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • fresh apples, chopped - 3 c

How to make apple pecan cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together. Add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, apples and pecans. Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour.
