Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- large box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
- can chocolate icing - 1 item
How to make chocolate eclair:
Combine pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers. Put on 1/2 of pudding mixture and then another layer of crackers. Put on a thin layer of chocolate icing, about 1/2 of can. Add remaining pudding and a third layer of crackers. Top with other half of icing.
