Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- black walnuts - 1/2 c
- rum flavoring - 1 tsp
- Wesson oil
- tart apples, diced - 3 c
How to make apple nut pound cake:
Blend the sugar, Wesson oil and eggs. Knead with spoon. Add flour. (Mixture will be thick.) Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour ingredients in greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
