Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- jar diced pimento - 1 oz
How to make lemon pineapple salad:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool. Add pineapple with juice. Chill until slightly thick. Blend softened cream cheese with other ingredients. Stir into jello mixture. Pour into dish and chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Salads.
