  • salad oil - 1 c
  • English walnuts - 1 c
  • diced apples Delicious apples - 3 c

How to make apple nut cake:

Mix first 7 ingredients well. Fold in the apples and walnuts. Pour in greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
