- sugar - 1/4 lb
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- flour
- dash of salt - 1 item
- rum - 1 Tbsp
- apples - 3 lb
- Pancake Batter recipe follows - 1 item
How to make apple fritters:
Pancake Batter:1 c. milk1 1/3 c. flour2 eggs1 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. rum dash of salt Core, peel and cut apples into 1/4-inch slices. Dip into batter. Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown on both sides. Place on absorbent paper to drain. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve at once. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Fruit, Apple, Low fat.
