Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- 8-inch flour tortillas - 6 item
- can apple pie filling - 1 oz
How to make apple enchilada dessert:
Preheat oven 350°. Spoon fruit evenly onto all tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on lightly greased baking pan. Bring margarine, sugars, and water to boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Pour sauce evenly over tortillas, sprinkle with extra cinnamon on top if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Apple.
