Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or oleo - 1/3 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- 8-inch flour tortillas - 6 item
- can apple pie filling - 1 oz
How to make apple enchiladas:
Spoon fruit filling evenly down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon; roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased 2-quart oblong baking dish. Bring butter and next 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
