  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • flour - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1/4 item
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • or 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced - 5 item
  • pecans and raisins - 1 item

How to make apple coffee cake:

Mix apples, raisins and pecans in a bowl. Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and egg. Mixture will be crumbly. Mix all ingredients. Place in casserole dish or baking pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over mixture. Melt 1/4 stick margarine over all. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Can put ice cream or whipped cream on top when done.
