  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • dark brown sugar
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • salad oil - 1 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and salad oil; beat. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; beat. Add grated zucchini and beat. Add walnuts. Grease and flour two loaf pans (9 x 5 x 2-inch). Divide dough into pans. Bake at 325° for one hour.
