  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 3/4 c
  • peeled and chopped apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Mix apples, sugar, oil and eggs. Mix in flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into Bundt pan (greased and floured). Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
