Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 5 tsp
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• orange juice - 1/2 c
• large apples, sliced thin - 4 item

How to make apple cake:

Combine sugar and cinnamon with apples slices. Let stand.

Batter: Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a tube pan. Pour 1/2 of the batter into pan, then place a layer of apples on top. Repeat this step twice. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
