  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 Tbsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • or 9 Winesap apples, cut and peeled - 8 item

How to make jewish apple cake:

Grease tube pan. Mix together apples, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix all other ingredients; beat until smooth. Alternate 1/3 batter and 1/3 apple mix until complete. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
