- sugar - 5 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- or 9 Winesap apples, cut and peeled - 8 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Grease tube pan. Mix together apples, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix all other ingredients; beat until smooth. Alternate 1/3 batter and 1/3 apple mix until complete. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
