Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2/3 c
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • Italian seasoning
  • minced onion - 1/4 c
  • lemon pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • white vinegar - 2/3 c
  • can sliced black olives - 1 item
  • jar pimentos - 1 item
  • chopped artichoke hearts - 14 oz
  • cans mushrooms - 2 oz
  • small jar green olives - 1 item

How to make antipasta:

Drain first 4 ingredients. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bring marinade to a boil and pour over mixture. Refrigerate 8 hours.
