  • cream cheese - 2 (3
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • whipped cream - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 2 c
  • diced celery - 3 c
  • lime jello - 2 pkg
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • jar pimiento - 1 oz

How to make angel salad:

Mix jello and hot water; let cool. Mash cheese; add pineapple, celery, pimiento and nuts. Mix this into jello and put in refrigerator until begins to gel. Whip cream and fold into jello.
