Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• coconut - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 1/2 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• oleo - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c

How to make angel flake cookies:

Mix all ingredients and drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes at 350°.
