Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 4 tsp
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • Karo syrup - 2 c
  • raw peanuts - 4 c

How to make amish peanut brittle:

Cook all ingredients except for soda until a golden brown. Take off burner and add soda. Pour out in buttered tin and let it get hard. Break into pieces.
