  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 2 c
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
  • maple flavoring optional - 1 tsp
  • light or dark Karo - 2 Tbsp

How to make amish peanut butter spread:

Combine brown sugar, water, Karo and maple flavoring in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Blend together peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Remove syrup from heat and blend into peanut butter mixture.
