Ingredients/Components
- skim milk - 1 c
- 9 oz
- plain low-fat yogurt - 2/3 c
- frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed undiluted - 1/3 c
- unpeeled, diced Red Delicious apples
- unpeeled, diced Granny Smith apples
- sliced ripe bananas
- can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- can sliced peaches in light syrup, drained - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained - 1 oz
- shredded coconut - 1/4 c
How to make ambrosia:
Combine milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl; stir with a wire whisk 2 minutes or until thickened. Add yogurt and orange juice concentrate; stir well. Combine apples and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add pudding mixture, stirring gently to coat. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
