sugar
vanilla - 1 tsp
sour cream - 1 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
almond extract - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Amaretto - 1/2 c
vegetable shortening - 1 c
sliced almonds - 1 c
orange extract - 1 tsp
lemon extract - 1 tsp
orange marmalade
apricot preserves - 5 oz
flour all-purpose - 3 c
room temperature eggs - 6 item
Add sour cream and beat well

How to make amaretto cake:

Glaze:10 oz. orange marmalade5 oz. apricot preserves1/4 c. Amaretto1 c. sliced almonds Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs. Add sour cream and beat well. Add almond, orange, vanilla and lemon flavorings, soda and salt. Then gradually beat in flour. Add 1/2 cup Amaretto. Pour into large greased tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool cake and cover with glaze. Top with almonds.Glaze: Heat all ingredients together and pour over cooled
