Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 lb
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- margarine, softened - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- lemon extract - 2 Tbsp
- 7-Up - 3/4 c
- vanilla flavor - 1 Tbsp
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy; gradually add the flour
How to make 7-up pound cake:
Grease and flour pan. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy; gradually add the flour. Add lemon extract, vanilla, eggs and 7-Up. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or insert toothpick and it comes out clean.
