Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- flour, sifted - 3 c
- 7-Up - 8 oz
- sticks margarine or butter - 2 item
How to make 7-up pound cake:
Cream together first 3 ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour. Fold in 7-Up and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 300°. Test for doneness before removing from oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
