7 minute frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
How to make 7 minute frosting:
Combine egg whites, sugar, tartar and water in top of double boiler. Beat on high speed 1 minute. Place over boiling water and beat on high for 7 minutes. Remove from pan of water. Add vanilla. Beat 2 minutes longer on high. Frosts two (9-inch) layers.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
