7 minute frosting
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- light corn syrup or 1 c - 1 Tbsp
How to make 7 minute frosting:
Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler; beat with mixer 1 minute. Then place over boiling water and beat for 7 minutes, stopping a time or two to scrap sides. Do not over cook.
