- egg - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- container sour cream - 1 small
- or 2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- blocks cheese large; mild, sharp and Cheddar - 3 item
- milk or as needed - 2 4
How to make 3 cheese macaroni:
Add macaroni and 1 teaspoon salt to boiling water. Cook until macaroni is tender; drain. Add in separate dish milk, sour cream, 3/4 cheese, egg, margarine and salt to taste. Mix well, then add macaroni to mixture. Pour into a baking dish or pan.
