  • sugar - 2 c
  • cake flour - 3 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sweet milk - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp

How to make 1-2-3-4 cake:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. To butter and sugar mixture, add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour mixture, milk and flavorings. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 3 layers.
