Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- light brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cake flour - 2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. light brown sugar Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Set aside. Mix dry ingredients and fold into first mixture. Mix topping ingredients together. Spoon 1/2 of the topping mixture. Repeat, ending with topping. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
