- zucchini, sliced - 8 c
- onion, diced - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 to
- Bisquick
- Topping:3 eggs
- oregano - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini squash casserole:
Stir all of this together and spoon into a lightly greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).Topping:3 eggs1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. black pepper1/2 c. cooking oil1 tsp. salt Mix together in a small bowl and pour over the zucchini in casserole.
