Ingredients/Components

• zucchini, sliced - 8 c
• onion, diced - 1 item
• Cheddar cheese - 1 to
• Bisquick
• Topping:3 eggs
• oregano - 1 tsp
• black pepper - 1 tsp
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp

How to make zucchini squash casserole:

Stir all of this together and spoon into a lightly greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).Topping:3 eggs1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. black pepper1/2 c. cooking oil1 tsp. salt Mix together in a small bowl and pour over the zucchini in casserole. Place, uncovered in oven and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 9 to 12.
