Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- large can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- medium zucchini squash, thinly sliced - 2 item
- can tomato paste or juice - 1 item
- handful of rice uncooked - 1 item
How to make zucchini squash casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a skillet, brown meat and onion. Layer meat mixture, zucchini, seasoning, tomato paste, mushrooms and rice in large baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Onions.
