Ingredients/Components

  • zucchini, sliced thin - 1 lb
  • onion, sliced thin - 1 item
  • Parkay light margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • salt and pepper just a sprinkle - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c

How to make zucchini spaghetti:

Saute zucchini, onion and pepper in margarine until tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Layer zucchini, onion and pepper mixture with spaghetti sauce in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbling around the edges.
