Zucchini quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- zucchini, sliced thin or shredded - 3 c
- parsley, chopped or flakes - 2 Tbsp
How to make zucchini quiche:
Beat eggs slightly; add balance of ingredients and mix. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350° or until firm and golden brown. Serves 6. (Nice for brunch or lunch with a salad.)Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
