Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- or 5 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced - 4 item
How to make zucchini parmesan:
Put zucchini, butter and seasonings in skillet. Cover; cook slowly 5 minutes. Uncover; cook, turning until tender (about 5 minutes more). Sprinkle with cheese; toss. (For added flavor, add 1 can tomato wedges and serve over rice.)Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
