  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Mix all ingredients together, adding nuts last. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
