- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together. Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in large bowl; beat well. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
